Large memorial slab on low plinth set in a small circular patch of plants within a low semi-circular wall. The low walll appears to have been built in the shape of a question mark.

Post Unveiling:
Following the reduction of British troop levels in Northern Ireland parts of the Army base at Ballykelly were closed. The memorial garden, including the monument to the victims of the 'Dropin Well' bombing, was relocated and rededicated on 8 December 2008.
