LABOUR COSTS SURVEY
This is a four yearly survey of employers' total labour costs
and is carried out in member states of the European Community.
In addition to gross wages and salaries these costs include for
example, National Insurance payments, voluntary payments (such
as superannuation costs) and subsidised services to employees.
