HOUSING STRATEGY 1994-97
This report sets out the case for funding for the Housing
Executive and the Housing Associations. It is based on a
consultation exercise held annually using a draft Strategy
Review and involving a wide range of organisations, statutory
bodies and individuals. It contains the background and
assumptions, statistical and otherwise, on which housing needs
calculations are based. This includes public assistance to the
private sector as well as direct expenditure on public housing.
