DISTRICT HOUSING PLAN(S) 1993-94
The Housing Executive, as part of its duty to consult District
Councils about the public sector housing programme, produces 26
draft District Housing Plans early each year. These set out the
background, including statistics, of housing need on which the
District Housing programmes, Newbuild and Maintenance are based.
The plans include references to the overall strategy. A plan
is prepared for each District so the Central Planning staff may
refer applications for copies to the appropriate Regional Office.
